Jade came to us from Beaufort County and was a strong positive for heartworms. She had to go through the extended treatment which lasted nearly 3 months.
Since her heartworm treatment this sweet and loving eight year old lab has been adopted. Her name is now Milly. Her new family wanted to let us know that she is an amazing dog. She loves her comfy beds and guess what, she has 3 of them! She greets her family with a wagging tail when they get home from work. She enjoys long walks and running. Milly loves belly rubs and her kisses are plentiful. She makes their home complete. Such a happy ending for this amazing dog
