Forest is a staff- and volunteer favorite at Hilton Head Humane. He has been at the shelter for quite some time for various reasons: he arrived at the shelter emaciated and anxious. He hadn’t had any training or much exposure to anything, but he was always the most loving, affectionate dog! After months of loving care, 8.5-year-old Forest is much more confident, comfortable, and chubby! Forest walks wonderfully on a leash and loves full-body cuddling. Forest’s other favorite? The Beauty and the Beast soundtrack, especially “Be Our Guest!” Meet Forest at our Hilton Head campus!
